ATCCO has delivered major commercial projects across Jordan, including the Abdali Views Towers, IKEA Stores, Carrefour Hypermarket at City Mall, Manaseer Headquarters, Nuqul Car Exhibition, and multiple mixed-use and retail developments. These projects highlight ATCCO’s strength in fast-track construction, high-quality finishes, and integrated civil, steel, and electromechanical works.
Abdali Hospital
ATCCO executed the Abdali Hospital Project in Amman as a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract for the Abdali Clemenceau Hospital Company, with CCG as the consultant. The 200-bed hospital is part of the Abdali Medical District, featuring advanced healthcare infrastructure built to international standards, emphasizing ATCCO’s expertise in complex medical facilities
Ayla Marina Village
ATCCO executed Ayla Marina Village – Phase 1 for Oasis-33 Mixed-Use Development Co., with Arabtech Jardaneh as consultant. The project includes the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the surrounding Souk and marina village area, covering 121,200 m². ATCCO delivered complex structural, architectural, and finishing works that shaped one of Aqaba’s landmark waterfront destinations.
Ikea Stores
ATCCO completed the IKEA Stores Project for SAH Jordan / ULDC, with Madi & Partners as the consultant. The development spans 54,623 m², involving full civil, structural, architectural, and electromechanical works. ATCCO delivered a high-quality, fast-track commercial facility that meets international retail standards and supports one of Jordan’s largest shopping destinations.
Saint Regis Hotel &Apartments
ATCCO executed the skeleton and infrastructure works for the prestigious St. Regis Hotel & Branded Apartments Towers in Amman. The project was developed by AL-Maabar Abdoon Real Estate with Arabtec Construction, and Arabtech Jardaneh as consultant. Covering 126,000 m², the project showcases ATCCO’s capability in delivering complex high-rise luxury hospitality structures to world-class standards.

Al-Adyat Trading Machinery Building
ATCCO delivered the Al-Adyat Trading Machinery Building for the Al-Manaseer Group, with Symbiosis as the consultant. The project includes the construction of a large showroom and workshop facility covering 24,000 m². ATCCO executed full civil, structural, and MEP works, creating a modern, functional space tailored for heavy machinery display, servicing, and operations.
AbdaliViews
ATCCO delivered the Abdali Views project for Abdali Towers, with CCG as the consultant. The development consists of high-rise residential towers with a total built-up area of 51,350 m². ATCCO executed the full structural works, contributing to one of Amman’s landmark residential complexes within the Abdali district.
Nuqul -Car Exhibition Note Automatis
ATCCO executed the civil and finishing works for the Nuqul Car Exhibition – Note Automatis, developed by the Nuqul Group with Faris & Faris as the consultant. The project involved a 2,600 m² facility designed to showcase vehicles in a modern, high-quality exhibition environment, delivered to premium commercial standards.
King Hussein Business Park
ATCCO completed the construction of five buildings at the King Hussein Business Park for the Business Park Company, with Engicon as the consultant. Covering a total built-up area of 38,000 m², the project involved full structural, architectural, and electromechanical works, contributing to one of Amman’s most prominent business and technology hubs.
